The Blood Clash is the fight between the vampires and the Church that has been going on for centuries. The Church wants the vampires destroyed, but the immortals are strong. There is much fear that the fight shall erupt into a war that will decide the fate of all. The Dark Ones, or the Church. Either way, the bloodshed shall stain the earth until the end of all days.

Rhysenn folded her arms as she walked, feeling a chill crawl up her back from the cold night air. Her thin black sweater wasn't doing much, but it was doing enough. Her pale hazel-green eyes glanced around, wondering absently at the lives around her, something she'd always done without realizing it. Her old chucks clapped quietly on the sidewalk as she went, her slim hips swaying with each lazy step. She glanced over her shoulder out of habit before turning down an alleyway. It would get her back to the motel faster. Since all of the weird things that had been happening to her lately, she'd found that being alone, locked away in her motel room was the best thing. But tonight she'd needed some air.

They were there again. Attacking her, tearing at her, refusing to let her escape them, catching her when she was completely defenseless, waiting until there was nothing she could do.
The nightmares. They were back.
"Fuck," Lynny muttered as she walked briskly down the sidewalk, running her hands back through her long, dark hair. A few of the crimped strands fell to frame her pale face once more. She dropped her hands to slap against her thighs before crossing her arms, her eyes still red from the tears she'd been crying when she'd first shot up in bed screaming.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she turned down an alleyway, opening them just as she walked into another girl, completely losing her balance and toppling backwards onto the cold, damp ground.
Rhysenn hadn't been paying much attention to where she was going, simply what might be behind her. She knew there was nothing there but life on your own can make you a bit paranoid sometimes. But instead of looking out for people coming towards her, her attention was caught by something else. It was almost like she could sense something near. It was strange but not frightening. She wondered what it was until she suddenly walked right into someone. She missed her footing and fell backwards, landing on the slightly wet ground of the alleyway. She sat up and held herself up with her hands and looked over at the other person, realizing it was another girl, pretty close to her age. "Are you okay?" she asked, trying to ignore the aching pain in her back and ass.

Lynny groaned and pushed herself up to her elbows, looking over as the person spoke. She was surprised to find it was a girl, nearly her own age. She sat up and leaned back on her hands, arching her back until she heard the satisfying crack that she'd been waiting for. She sighed and relaxed again, nodding. "Yeah, I'm fine," she said. "What about you? Are you alright?" she asked, hoping she wasn't hurt or anything. "I should have been watching where I was going, I'm sorry," she said.
"Oh no, I'm fine," Rhysenn assured her, nodding. "And it wasn't your fault. I wasn't watching where I was going either," she said, knowing it was true. She groaned quietly as she got to her feet, brushing herself off. "Well I'm sorry too, anyway," she said, a tiny smile on her lips as she offered the other girl her hands to help her up.
